MO’HITS SAGA: Fresh controversy as Dr. SID attacks D’banj in leaked conversation with David O

Although it has been seven months since the highly publicised Mo Hit records/D’banj split, there appears to be no end in sight, as far as scandals and controversies surrounding both camps is concerned.
The latest being a private conversation that took place between Marvin Records act, Dr. SID and David O which was leaked online. The secret recording revealed an angry Dr. SID telling David O that his former label boss D’banj, was out-shining him and every other member of the crew.
The singer, in a heated and raised voice said, ‘Why don’t they know my name? Because your brand and star is too much it is overshadowing.
In response, Davido tries to establish the fact that it was D’banj that actually brought them to the limelight. He said, “Guuuy, it’s not that, D’banj can help anybody…If not for D’banj nobody would have looked at Wande, guy I dey lie? Men, I don’t know’.”
But an obviously unconvinced, Dr. SID, yells “Batman and Robin, who them dey call? Na D’banj na. D’banj did more negative than positive for my career.”
While the conversation brought the true nature of the issues that led to the collapse of Mo’ to the fore, it also showed that both camps (D’banj’s and Don Jazzy’s) are rivals and not in talking terms.
Surprisingly, Dr. SID has opened up giving the world full details about what really transpired between himself and Davido in a series of tweets posted on Monday.
The tweets which came in quick succession read, “Hi tweeps hope everyone is having a good day? Please permit me to address the issue of the recording that was released this weekend. I had a private conversation with people I trusted (Kamal, Dbanj’s associate Evil, Godfather, Davido, B-Red. I am entitled to my opinion and it is unfortunate that this happened. Sadly, someone chose to record this private conversation and release it to the public. However, this has taught me a valuable lesson on whom to and not to speak with, but life must go on.”
To some, details of the recording do not come as a surprise, after all , during the climax of the crisis that rocked the record label, Dr. SID did not only take sides with Don Jazzy, but was very vocal about his stance.
It would also be recalled that he tweeted saying, “DonJazzy is d most important piece of Mo hits, who doesn’t get the credit he deserves, without his creativity a lot of things will not exist.”
With a lot of unanswered questions still hanging, the question on the lips of watchers is when did the conversation take place and who is behind the secret recording?
