Real Mermaid Found in Malaysia?

This strange creature was found in Teluk Pahang, Malaysia. It looks like a mermaid; if it is a real mermaid, it must be an ugly mermaid. The creature found has similar figures of mermaid – a human head, torso and the tail of fish.
